What's for Dinner?

It's probably the most asked question in every household. I recommend making a grocery list and planning out your Dinner plans for the next week. This has helped out Sarah & I with trying to juggle so many things in our work week that knowing what's for dinner is not an issue. So what's for Dinner in the Weber/Brody household? Sundays are always elaborate meals for us. It is truly the one day I really enjoy cooking.

Sunday Dinner - Tomato Capresse Salad & Roasted Prime Rib with Au Ju with Garlic Rosemary Wedge Potatoes and Buttered Peas.

So Yummy!!!! If you are a fan of Tomatoes and fresh mozzarella this is the salad for you. Try this recipe:

Serves 3

15 slices of fresh mozzarella ball(Slice Mozzarella about 1/8 thick) 5 slices per plate

4 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 sprig of thyme minced
2 Basil leaves rolled and cut into thin strips

Place Olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar, thyme, 1/2 of the Basil strips (reserve the rest for garnish) salt & sugar   in mixing Bowl and whisk all ingredients together. Place Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella on salad plate alternating tomato and mozzarella. Drizzle Vinaigrette on the Tomato & Mozzarella and use the rest of the Basil to garnish.
